FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is your check-in and check-out time?
The check-in time is 4 pm EST and the check-out time is 11 am EST for most properties excluding Dream Stay Orlando and Loverly Grey listings.
Their check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive their deposit but a processing fee of $75 will be charged. The entire booking amount will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 30 days before arrival. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Please note, if a change of guests is made, we must be made aware of who will be staying in your place and they will be required to sign our rental agreement. If a guest does not arrive on their check in date, they will still be charged.
Do you accept pets?
As much as we love our furry friends, our portfolio is pet free.
Do your properties offer parking?
Most of our properties have designated parking areas excluding Omi's place which doesn't have a parking
Can we book your home for parties and events?
We do not permit large parties or events at our properties. All of our homes are located in residential areas with long-term residents. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
If you plan to host a small family or friend gathering within the set guest limits of the respective home, please include this information in your booking. We will review and authorize small gatherings on a case-by-case basis.
What are the terms and conditions for booking?
Please be advised that as part of the booking process, you will be required to sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Additionally, a security deposit is required to cover any potential incidentals, damages, or violations.
As a renter, you are responsible for any charges related to damages incurred during your stay or any additional cleaning required after your departure. We kindly request that you promptly report any accidents or damages so we can address them before the arrival of the next guests
